Greyline appointed to 4-year LHC Framework Agreement

Greyline is delighted to announce that we have been appointed onto the new LHC Whole House Refurbishment & Associated Works (WH2) Framework.

 

LHC is a not-for-profit central purchasing body who develop OJEU-compliant frameworks in England, Scotland (on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance) and Wales (on behalf of the Welsh Procurement Alliance). LHC’s frameworks are available to all publicly funded contracting authorities to procure works, goods and services to construct, refurbish and maintain social housing, schools and public buildings.

 

Greyline has been appointed to the following Lots which shall commence on the 2nd March 2020 for 4 years.

 

Workstream 1: covering kitchens and bathrooms and associated works, landscaping, electrical works, painting and decoration and heating services.

  • Lot 1 £250k to £2m Inner London West
  • Lot 2 £250k to £2m Inner London East
  • Lot 3 £250k to £2m Outer London East and North East
  • Lot 4 £250k to £2m Outer London South
  • Lot 5 £250k to £2m Outer London West and North West

 

Workstream 2: covering multi-disciplinary services.

  • Lot 11 £250k to £2m Inner London West
  • Lot 12 £250k to £2m Inner London East
  • Lot 13 £250k to £2m Outer London East and North East
  • Lot 14 £250k to £2m Outer London South
  • Lot 15 £250k to £2m Outer London West and North West
  • Lot 16 £1.5m to £5m Inner London West
  • Lot 17 £1.5m to £5m Inner London East
  • Lot 18 £1.5m to £5m Outer London East and North East
  • Lot 19 £1.5m to £5m Outer London South
  • Lot 20 £1.5m to £5m Outer London West and North West
