Greyline achieve 95% resident satisfaction scores

Greyline has successfully completed a Kitchen & Bathroom renewals contract in the London Borough of Hillingdon, achieving customer satisfaction levels of over 95%.

The works, taking place whilst residents remained in occupation, included the strip out of existing kitchens and bathroom units, plastering, plumbing, electrical rewires, flooring, tiling, decoration and fitting of new kitchen units and bathroom sanitaryware. Kitchen designs were produced in close liaison with residents ensuring that all their needs were catered for, including cultural requirements and consultation with Occupational Therapists for individual accessibility requirements. In addition, our Resident Liaison Officers worked with residents on their individual choices of worktop, kitchen door, floor and wall colours.

Tenants were provided with a modern, fully fitted, well-planned kitchen and a safe, adequate, modern and convenient bathroom.

The project aimed to reduce responsive repair spend on kitchens and increase residents’ satisfaction with their homes. With 95% satisfaction results that has certainly been achieved.
