Job title: Site Managers
Hours: Full-time
Location: Ealing & West London
The role of Site Manager is key to our delivery of high-quality work, completed as scheduled and with minimal disruption and inconvenience to the occupied premises. You will work closely alongside the RLO to ensure we deliver a high quality service to the residents. Experience in projects that include major works, voids and SHDF are essential.

Job title: Quantity Surveyor
Hours: Full-time
Location: Ealing
The role of Quantity Surveyor is to manage all commercial and financial aspects across assigned projects to ensure robust reporting of profit and loss outputs via a monthly CVR process. You will also assist with procurement, business commercial forecasting and provide management of business commercial risks with early interventions on applying mitigation strategies.

Job title: Document Controller
Hours: Full-time
Location: Wembley
This role includes the management of company documents by organising, storing, tracking and distributing them to ensure accuracy, integrity and accessibility for all employees. This role requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A strong understand of compliance is also paramount.

Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Hours: Full-time
Location: Southwark
The role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is to manage all commercial and financial aspects across assigned projects to ensure robust reporting of profit and loss outputs via a monthly CVR process. Potential line management of other QS resources as required with full responsibility of reporting monthly against budget and preparing monthly valuations.

Job title: Voids Supervisor
Hours: Full-time
Location: Brent
This role includes the provision of onsite supervision of void properties, specifying works and managing onsite supervision of multi-trade operatives and subcontractors whilst they complete all contracted void work orders allocated to Greyline.

Job title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Hours: Full-time
Location: Newham/Southwark
The role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor is to manage all commercial and financial aspects across assigned projects to ensure robust reporting of profit and loss outputs via a monthly CVR process. You will also prepare monthly valuations to ensure the business receives full payment for all work activities and projects are delivered in line with the company’s financial targets.
