Electrical Works Framework

The Electrical Works Framework supports public sector organizations, including housing, healthcare, and education providers. It connects you with experienced contractors for electrical testing and upgrades. The scope covers electrical renewals, EICRs, and repairs.

Any publicly funded body can access the framework for free, with SEC support available throughout the procurement process. There are no project value limitations.

Twenty contractors have secured spots on the Notting Hill Genesis £1.6bn framework to support planned investments over the next 15 years, delivering cyclical work across NHG homes.

NHG strategy aims to improve home quality and services. The framework is divided into three lots:
Lot 1. Building envelope and communal works
Lot2. Kitchen and bathroom replacements (Greyline)
Lot 3. Retrofit and decarbonisation

These lots cover window, roof, and door replacements, internal and external decorations, kitchen and bathroom updates, and ensuring properties meet EPC C by 2030.
NHG residents participated in scoring tenders for kitchen and bathroom replacements, influencing design choices and relevancy.
All appointed contractors are committed to social value contributions like employment opportunities, fundraising, volunteering, and community project support.
