Scope

Greyline undertook a 6-month programme of fire protection works to Brent Housing Partnership property stocks to ensure homes were fully compliant with current fire regulations and provide residents with assurance that their homes were as safe as possible.

Our specialist, directly employed, BM Trada certified operatives were able to undertake the majority of the works, which included:

The upgrade and firestopping of existing utility cupboards and risers.
Class O decorations to communal areas.
The replacement of communal doors with certified doorsets.
Firestopping to walls and floor penetrations.
Design and installation of AICO fire detection systems to communal areas.
