Scope

Adhoc external and internal works to homes on the Loughborough Estate in Lambeth.

Greyline have been working in partnership with LEMB since 2016. LEMB are Lambeth’s largest TMO and hold a stock of 1200 homes on the Loughborough Estate. The property stock ranges from tall blocks, to a number of street properties.

Greyline have been delivering multiple works packages across the occupied estate, including extensive external works to the blocks/houses and the replacement of 700+ kitchens and bathrooms. For the kitchen, bathroom and rewire works, our team achieved a ten-day turnaround on each property, 3 days faster than the client’s initial target. We completed all 700+ properties within a twelve-month period, delivering the works through our own direct labour team.

Our largest external works package thus far has been a major concrete repairs project to a number of the tall blocks on the estate. Standing at 10 storeys high, the blocks required a full scaffold to undertake the works safely.
