Scope

Delivering Void Refurbishment works and Ad-hoc planned maintenance works.
We are currently working direct to Metworks the inhouse Repairs & Maintenance subsidiary of Metropolitan Thames Valley, Greyline are supporting the delivery of Void Refurbishment works and Ad-Hoc planned maintenance works to their properties in North West London.

Our dedicated skilled workforce is undertaking a number of housing repairs both internally and externally, on time and to a high workmanship with consistently high customer service. Our team operates from the Wembley office and manages the booking of appointments, scheduling of works and all relevant contract administration that is required to deliver these works. All works are supervised by our site manager, or directly employed trade supervisors, ensuring that Greyline’s ISO9001 quality processes, safety policies and approach to customer care are continuously delivered.

All project data is managed via our Greyline IT system in a controlled and consistent manner, monitoring the work in progress from start to finish to ensure we capture all the required information to support the delivery of these works. We also utilise our offices at Willesden green to store materials for these works so we can offer a very flexible and fast service that keeps the customer at the heart of our delivery service.
