Scope

LB Hillingdon engaged Greyline to undertake a refurbishment programme to modernise facilities and provide improved circulation spaces. Our directly employed team, with the support of specialist subcontractors completed a 10 week programme creating refreshed internal spaces, stripping out existing finishes and providing new floor, decorating, blinds and tiling and the installation of new fixed furniture. To support Hillingdon’s drive to reduce its carbon footprint, energy efficient LED lighting was installed throughout.
We also completed a refurbishment of the reception area, refreshing the existing reception desk and creating a bespoke raised lighting frame constructed from ash timber strips.
