Scope

Greyline completed internal refurbishment and improvement works to occupied residential properties within the London Borough of Ealing. The properties were scattered and consisted of a mixture of mid-rise, low-rise, and high-rise dwellings.

We completed the following scope of works through a combination of direct labour and subcontractors:

  • New kitchens and bathrooms (including strip-out and design).
  • Renewal and upgrade of internal doors (including fire doors where required).
  • Electrical & mechanical works (including rewiring, extract fan installation, boiler relocation/connection and gas pipework alterations).
  • Demolition or construction of non-loadbearing partitions.
  • Re-plaster & redecoration.
