Scope

Greyline have completed two major voids for the LB Hammersmith and Fulham (a 2 bed house and a 3 bed flat), both requiring extensive renovation following house fires. The scale of the damage to both properties required our team to undertake an extensive refurbishment including window replacements, and in one of the properties, replacement of the ceiling joists.
Our team completed a full survey, confirming the scope of works, agreeing a 12-week delivery programme with the client. Our Greyline clearance team attended, removing personal effects, and stripping fire/water damaged materials to provide a shell from which to commence refurbishment.

We completed the following scope of works through a combination of direct labour and subcontractors:

Full strip out works.
New kitchens and bathrooms (including design).
Window replacements.
Internal doors and frames.
Re-plaster/redecorate.
Rewire.
Gas work.
Joist removal and ceiling replacement.
Demolition of an internal block wall.
