Scope

Greyline are engaged by the LB Islington to provide a General building and special works support service to run alongside the responsive repairs service provided by their DLO team. Works orders are those more complex than daily repairs and can include both internal and external workstreams to both occupied and void residential properties within the LB Islington housing stock.

Our orders commonly fall under the following workstreams:

  • External works.
  • Fencing.
  • Roofing.
  • Brickwork repairs.
  • Plastering.
  • Kitchen/Bathroom replacements.
  • Safety works.

We can also be called upon to undertake more complex special works projects to deliver estate refurbishment projects, extensive works to blocks or for example structural works individual properties. Following contract award, we have also taken on aids and adaptations and safety remedials under separate workflows with the Borough.

The works service is supported by our dedicated repairs Scheduler, repairs Site supervisor and direct multi-trade operatives and specialist sub-contractors.
