Greyline are currently delivering refurbishment works across 215 flats, of which 33 are remaining occupied throughout the programme. The scope of works includes refurbishment activities such as:

  • Asbestos Removal.
  • Installing temporary electrics.
  • Temporary site.
  • Painting.
  • Replacing Flooring.
  • Standard decoration.
  • Fire stopping and fire doors.
  • Electrical works.
  • Installing new kitchen.
