Scope

Greyline undertook a 12-month programme to deliver kitchen/bathroom replacements to 180 individual properties across the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s property stock, a London Borough which spans 18 square miles. The scope was extensive with fire stopping, plaster works, and to approximately 60% of properties; AIB removal.
The Greyline team undertook scoping surveys, working with RB Greenwich’s property list for the annual programme (based on asset data held) to confirm which properties were due for a replacement kitchen/bathroom.
Works were serviced through a satellite office, based in Greenwich, ensuring we provided a local, centralised base for our Site Manager, Hazel Ward and our RLO, John Leo. This ensured residents could visit our offices to discuss matters, and both Hazel and John could easily make daily visits to open properties, meet resident groups/provide consultations, maintaining a strong supervisory presence of works and sustaining high levels of resident satisfaction. Greyline achieved 96% Customer Satisfaction on delivering these works.
