Taplow House, Southwark

Welcome to the resident microsite for Taplow House. Greyline is undertaking works on behalf of London Borough of Southwark. This site will provide regular updates on the works being undertaken, house documents that are sent out to you and provide clear information on what to expect over the duration of the scheme.
We are currently delivering refurbishment works to 215 flats at Taplow House. Works commenced in October 2025 and include the installation of Sitex security doors to secure all void properties, environmental cleaning and asbestos removal. New kitchen/bathroom, electrical works, decorative works, flooring replacement and fire stopping works are all subject to mechanical & electrical surveys and fire stopping surveys which will define the full scope of works required for void properties.
