We are proud to announce our participation in the full refurbishment project at the Eric Allin Community Centre

Our involvement spans across various crucial aspects of the refurbishment, including:

1. Installation and maintenance of gas and fire alarm systems.
2. Thorough testing of electrical components.
3. Implementation of fire-stopping measures for all cables and pipes.
4. Removal of unwanted furniture and appliances.
5. Comprehensive cleaning of floors, windows, and WC facilities.
6. Replacement of damaged suspended ceiling tiles and lighting fixtures.
7. Internal and external area decorations to enhance aesthetics.
8. Complete renovation of the existing kitchen, including installation of a new one.
9. Testing and replacement of the boiler for improved functionality.
10. Evaluation and maintenance of underfloor heating systems.
