Greyline have been awarded the contract to undertake Planned Maintenance refurbishment works at the Ernest Dence Estate, in Greenwich. The estate was built between 1933 and 1938 and was named after prominent politician and former Mayor of Greenwich.
Works include rising & lateral mains replacements, emergency lighting upgrades, fire stopping upgrades, window works, façade repairs, communal decorations, roofing renewals, balcony coatings and heating replacement.
The contract commences in January 2020 for 45 weeks. Greyline Divisional Manager Gareth Allcock commented “We look forward to delivering a positive project with the Royal Borough of Greenwich project team and delivering high quality refurbishment works for the residents of the Ernest Dence Estate.”
