Greyline have been awarded the contracts to deliver both Disabled Adaptations and Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment works in the London borough of Greenwich.

The disabled adaptations contract, valued at around £1m, includes, for example, the installation of shower rooms and access ramps in occupied properties. Greyline employ Resident Liaison officers who are trained specifically in dealing with vulnerable residents who are on hand to help with any issues that they may have.

The kitchen and bathroom refurbishment project includes the strip out and replacement of kitchens to approximately 30 properties with new bathrooms replacing old in 160 dwelling.
