Greyline transforms Hammersmith & Fulham community centre
Greyline has completed the transformation of the Linacre Court community centre, delivering a modern, accessible facility for local residents in Hammersmith & Fulham.
After the previous contractor left the project unfinished, Greyline completed a comprehensive programme of structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, WC, flooring, decoration, mechanical and ventilation works.
The new centre was officially opened in August by the Mayor of Hammersmith & Fulham, Councillor Sharon Holder, at a community celebration attended by residents, families and members of the Tenant and Residents’ Association. The event included activities, refreshments and entertainment, with TRA Chair Michael Dipple thanking everyone involved.
Greyline team members Kelly Lehane, Mark Byrne, Michael Healy, Colm Coyle and Barry McCarthy helped make the project a success, and Kelly, Colm and Barry also attended the opening and celebration of the successful completion with the community.
The project forms part of Greyline’s wider work across Hammersmith & Fulham, including void property refurbishments and future planned schemes.
Greyline is proud to support the delivery of high-quality homes and community facilities across the borough and we look forward to continuing our work with Hammersmith & Fulham Council.
