Our Testimonials

“Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team for all the work at Smith’s Farm. It was nice to meet your team. Thank you once again and hoping to work with you again”

Jen Lock – Smith’s Farm Community Centre Manager

“Just to let you know how thrilled I am at the success of the decant of 14 blocks at Headcorn & Tenterden and to congratulate the team on site. The star of the show has to go to Nicola Brayne who worked relentlessly on ensuring the decant went ahead as planned, she had the foresight to predict problems before they arose and overcome any difficulties as they occurred and all with a smile on her face. Nicola went more than the extra mile to make the decant stay on programme, I can’t stress enough about how much of an asset she is to your business. Another big thank you to your site manager Razvan who has been supporting Nicola and has been adaptable with a great ‘can do’ attitude, in fact the whole team on site has enabled the Fire Safety to progress through their hard work and determination in less than easy times.”

“It has been a pleasure working with Greyline throughout our entire refurbishment programme at Oak Farm library. From the initial packing away of the branch, to getting the branch back ready for reopening, the site manager provided regular updates and was always available to assist when we had any queries. This consistent communication made the whole process very smooth and easy to plan around. We’re so pleased with all the work completed – the standard of finish and workmanship throughout has been completed to a high standard. We really look forward to welcoming back residents into branch, for them to enjoy our bright new space.”

Max MillsLibrary Manager
LB Hillingdon – Oak Farm Library

“Greyline as a team are very approachable, our historic library was a sensitive job, carried out in liaison with both the Conservation Officer for Hillingdon Council and ourselves, the Library managers. Manor Farm Library was initially built in the 16th Century and converted into a public library in 1937. Their project manager was very sensitive to the needs of this old historic listed building and was available to speak and advise at all stages throughout the refurbishment. The quality of work was very pleasing and the trades on site knowledgeable in their professions. At the end of the project, we had no problems, when small remedial work needed carrying out. Thank you to Ian and his team for a professional job. Our staff and public are very pleased with the quality of the work carried out”

Samantha Everett – Area Manager, North
LB Hillingdon  – Manor Farm Library

“We found Greyline very easy to work with and client friendly. They have an excellent customer care policy that proved to be very pleasing for our residents, their quality of work is very good and we will be using Greyline again on our estate.”

“Just informing you that it was a great pleasure to work with your Team at England Lane Residence supervised by Tom and Angela. They were very professional and at the same time flexible with excellent interpersonal skills. They quickly blend into Camden Council Team at England’s Lane such that the residents did not notice that they were Greyline staff working in the building. Their good communication skills eased the process of working together. They demonstrated good knowledge of health and safety particularly as it applies to Camden Council Health and safety policy in public dwellings. Above all the job was done to a very high standard that has attracted good commentary from neighbours, residents and staff of the Council. I have relayed this to the head of Service, and we hope to work together again in the future.”
