Greyline is delighted to have been appointed to the new Ealing Council – Internal Refurbishment Framework for Lots 1 & 2. The Framework is for four years with an expected value of £10 Million over the term and works will be carried out whilst residents remain in their homes.
These works will primarily be to remove existing fittings in kitchens and/or bathrooms and replace with new. This will include all associated works, including electrical, plumbing, gas and Builders Work In Connection (BWIC). There will also be an option to provide ad hoc internal refurbishments and planned repair services.
