Greyline has won Four housing refurbishment projects in south west London for Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing Association, works include; the installation of new PVCu or timber windows and block entrance doors and to carry out redecoration and maintenance works.

Two three storey blocks on Woodgate Drive in Streatham, a three-storey house, including a basement,  in Ferndale Road, Clapham,  two 3 storey street properties in Sandmere Road, Streatham and Collcutt Lodge, is a four-storey structure comprising of 15 flats, also in Streatham, will be upgraded as part of MTVH’s 2019-2020 programme of works.

The works are programmed to commence in July 2020 with a 12-week programme for all four projects. Greyline will supply and install PVCu double glazed windows, frames and hardware, install security doors, redecorate all fascias, soffits and bargeboards, clear rainwater gutters and downpipes, carry out external and internal decorations to communal areas and inspect the lighting, switching and electrical sockets.
